Mike Anderson’s produces over 800 of the finest Texas BBQ buffets for off site service
each year. We cater to the entire Dallas/Ft.Worth Metroplex and have even traveled as
far as Mississippi to present our version of a killer Texas BBQ Buffet.
We have two formats to present our Texas BBQ Buffet to you. The first is our
disposable service. We assemble your buffet in microwavable pans with vented,
snap-tight, resealable lids. In addition to your meat and side order selections you will
find all of the details attended to. We include a tablecloth, serving utensils, plates,
bowls, cups, cutlery kits, salt/pepper/napkin, relish tray, Texas Bread and of course
extra sauce. This format can be packaged professionally for pick up or delivery.
We also do full service catering. We will set-up and serve a temperature controlled
buffet at your location. This service includes tear down of the buffet line(s), clean up of
our service area and the packaging up of all desired leftovers. We recommend this
service for parties above 50 people.

NEXT EVENT
Mike Anderson’s will rent our entire restaurant to you for celebrations, sales meetings,
holiday parties and gatherings of any kind. We are available between the hours of
4pm-9pm Monday-Saturday for rentals. We leave the shop set up just like we do for
lunch. The entire menu is available to you including drinks and dessert.
Adult beverage service is BYOB, you will not go home hungry and fees are as follows:
Facility and staffing fee…………………….$500
